Employment and Immigration
The firm handles all matters involving labor/human resources and management relations, such as negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, advising on employment obligations and rights. Other include representing employers facing unfair labor practice charges before the Ministry of Labor, and providing labor arbitration proceedings, administrative investigation of cases involving employees, dismissal and suspension of employees, money claims and damages arising from employer-employee relations.
The firm also advises on naturalization and citizenship through investing, as well
as business visas.
